West of the River Gallery is a gallery with a café in Athenry. Original art, fine art prints and design products hang and sit alongside a counter serving coffee and cakes. The window reads: art & design, coffee, workshops, pottery painting, framing.
The coffee is from SOMA Coffee Company, which the gallery describes as single-origin, traceable and ethically sourced. There is a counter and café area inside, more seating to the rear, and a covered courtyard.

Birthday parties
Two hours for 6 to 10 children: €50 private room fee plus €25 per child. Hot chocolate is €2 per child, and full-time supervision is an extra €50.
Paint & Pour and workshops
Adult Paint & Pour nights are bring your own. The workshop room seats 8, with a sink area, wifi and an outdoor canopy. Hire rates by enquiry.
